Luckie was responsible for structuring, designing, & after the sale of the Horizon PropertiesGren Village Project. Was also responsible for Off-take Sales for Heritage Construction homes before

Merlene Farquar

Head - Off-take Marketing

Merlene has extensive knowledge of formulating effective marketing strategies and big projects. Luckie Chiyowele & Merlene Farquar were instrumental in producing Zambia’s most ambitious TV project, Dreams TV show, from 2012 to 2017.

Merlene has worked between Zambia and South Africa on major projects for Pan-Africa coverage.

Mukunto Mwaba

Head- Finance

Mukunto has vast experience and knowledge of the financing industry, especially big project financing, i.e., mining, agriculture, and real estate. His career in the banking sector goes as far back as 2005. His experience will add great value to the big ideas and development at LSMFEZ projects as we actualize the long-term unfolding of the Satelite city.

Eng Chijoka Nchimunya

Civil Engineer

Holding a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Copperbelt. Mr Chijoka among others, is responsible for the supervision of construction works (formwork, reinforcement and ncrete); Documentation of control sheets, Ensuring safety standards are adhered to by all team members on-site, and Quality control

Administration & Customer Relations

Precious has over 20 years of experience in project management, customer relations, and administration work at the senior level. She brings her experience in the team to make Graycorp thrive and make sure clients are served timely and satisfactorily.
